Is there a business preference where you decide to undertake the search?
We have an agnostic profile, that is, open to hearing about opportunities; However, we do keep our position clear in investments that we do not favor to acquire, that is, those dedicated to energy, real estate or CAPEX-intensive industries.
What happens if after two years a transaction is not closed?
This is a scenario that we have contemplated as part of the investments in each of the entrepreneurs, but once the maximum term is met without the possibility of acquiring a company, we will be celebrating a termination process with the entrepreneur.
In case of referring a company for sale, is there a commission?
Yes, we have a commission mechanism, which is a referral fee of 0.5% of the transaction value, as long as it complies with our investment thesis and the transaction is successfully closed in its acquisition.
